The objective of this WP is the continuous development and improvement of the CHOCHO product.

DOAS algorithm
- (BIRA) Investigation and correction for time-dependent (and along orbit) slit function changes
- (BIRA) Investigation of added-value of using earthshine mean radiance spectra as a DOAS reference instead of the SMR
- (BIRA) Optimisation of retrieval settings to Metop-C

AMF/VCD calculation
- (BIRA) Implementation of improved surface albedo for AMF calculation
- (DLR)  Improved treatment of clouds and aerosols
          AMF calculations using Cloud as Layers (CAL)
